This qualification applies to a range of administrative roles in varied contexts.

It is designed to provide training for people to enhance their continued education and employment prospects through the development of skills and knowledge to improve their employability and work readiness and to assist them to re-engage with learning. Individuals in these positions use some discretion and judgement and may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Our training facilities include manual handling and first aid environments, to provide hands-on practical training to our students, so they’re familiar with these settings before attending onsite work placement. Don’t worry, we will organise that for you too.

We have easy to follow course activities and training. You’ll be supported and learn from teachers who care, are industry experts and we offer real hands-on experience during our courses.
  • Core unit theory and essential knowledge component is delivered in the classroom or via zoom (virtual class)
  • The practical skills will be developed through dedicated lab days and practical simulations under supervision over a specified period of time
